With each Photo Shoot we will include two sets of Photographs. One created for MLS and second one for Hi Res Printing.

We spend anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours on every Photo Shoot that we do for THE HIGHEST possible quality Photographs.

We create high-quality real estate 3D Virtual Tours of your properties, helping you connect to your clients through engaging content and visuals. 3D Virtual house tour let prospective buyers get a feel for a home without actually visiting the location.

Full Motion Walkthrough Video

Full Motion Walkthrough Video is about 2-5 minutes and will be incorporated into REphotographyBoston YouTube channel.
We can also incorporate Short Aerial Video with Full Motion Walkthrough Video when Short Aerial Video is purchased.

YouTube Photo/Video Tour (Add on Service)

This elegantly designed video file with property images and music that gets upload to REphotography Video YouTube channel and this file is also included for an agent to upload to their YouTube channel, Facebook, Google+ and other Social Network sites. Please note that YouTube Photo/Video Tours NEVER EXPIRE…. they work for agents for years and listings can be easily found by doing a simple YouTube search for agent cell phone number (ex. 617-123-4567)

Floor Plans (Add on Service)

Includes – Two print-quality PDF’s (branded with your name, logo, and contact info & non-branded for MLS.

Choose from one of my Flyer designs and and let me know what images you want to use from your photo shoot. You will also provide the text content for the flyer.

You will get a Hi Res PDF file and jpg file, which can be emailed to your clients.
Each Flyer modification additional fee will apply.
You will email the exact (proof read)text and information that you’ll want to have on the Flyer.
Clicking on each flyer a PDF Flyer Sample will download to your computer. Printing a flyer on your printer will give you an idea what it looks like when it will be printed on your printer (each printer may deliver slightly different results).

Virtual Staging (Add on Service)

Virtual staging is using technology to remake empty rooms into furnished, staged ones – photography is not included in this service.

All images produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the speciﬁc property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
